Sam is the one who held it all together, was there at all times day or night whenever needed, responded to phone calls very quickly and generally gave us the feeling that he cares.
All the people who worked on the loft were polite, helpful, absolutely punctual and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
We tried quite hard to think of all the steps and decisions in advance but would have appreciated at least an approximate schedule of the works. As a suggestion, it would be really helpful to have a week by week guide so the customer knows what is required at what point. All the SMA people know this schedule in their sleep, of course, but customers don’t. We obviously realise that this cannot always be adhered to but it would still have been useful to have something to refer to and be prepared for the next step. There were situations where we were urged to make a decision, sometimes without having the necessary information to base it on.”
